Board of Directors

New-Mac Electric is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors elected by the cooperative's membership. Each director represents one of New-Mac's nine districts and serves a three-year term. To ensure continuity and member representation, three director positions are up for election each year at the cooperative's Annual Meeting.

As a member-owned cooperative, New-Mac Electric's Board provides leadership and oversight to help ensure reliable, affordable, and safe electric service for the communities we serve.
