Managing your New-Mac Electric account online is simple, secure, and convenient on our website. Through our online portal, members can pay bills, monitor usage trends, compare monthly energy use, review billing history, and access important account information anytime.

To get started, click the “Member Login” button on the homepage of newmac.com. From the login screen, select the “Don’t have an account? Register now” option to register your account.

To complete registration, you will need:

• Your account number
• Last name or business name listed on the account
• Last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number or the business Federal Tax ID
• Email address

Once registered, you will receive a temporary password from smarthub.coop to complete the setup process. Once you have the setup complete, you may login to the Member Login and SmartHub using those credentials.
