From our website, members can pay their bill or access helpful account information, such as usage trends, month-to-month comparisons, history and much more. 

To get started, just click on the "Pay Online" button on the homepage of this website.

You will be directed to a green entry screen. Click on the new user link on the bottom of the page. To register you will need:

  1. Your account number
  2. Last name or business name
  3. Last four digits of SSN of the first person listed on the account, or Federal Tax ID for a business 
  4. Email address

After entering that information, you will be emailed a temporary password from Then you will be set to go.

If you are interested in accessing this information from your smartphone, there’s an app for that! Download the free SmartHub app for your mobile device. After you have first registered through, you can then begin using the SmartHub app to access your account information and pay your bill.

For those who prefer to use the phone to pay their bill, they can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Just call 855-874-5348 to check your account balance or make a credit, debit or check payment through an automated system. There's no waiting, and it's a free service!

Making an automated payment is easy, and after a customer’s first experience, it will become further simplified, as options exist to save phone numbers in order to streamline future calls.
